We offer instruction in several different styles of Xingyi.
We are currently upgrading our website and more information about each style is coming soon.
Passed down my Xu HongJi, this style of Xing Yi has a very complete curriculum. It contains various basic training and conditioning exercises, Qigong, Standing Meditation, Tian Gan, 5 Elements, 12 Animals, Linking Forms, Staff Form, and 2 Person Practice.
This traditional practice is a precious transmission from Chu GuiTing, who was a top student of Li CunYi. Training consists of Santi, 5 Elements, 12 Animals, Linking Forms, Sword, Broadsword, Long Pole Power Exercises, 2 Person Practice, and advanced training.
This is part of our Sun style 3 in 1 Program which is a traditional and unique transmission of Sun style that was preserved in Taiwan. It teaches Sun style Taiji (Yang family), Xing Yi, and Bagua, but teaches them together in an integrated curriculum. Each style is distinct and separate, but they are taught together in a way that complements and integrates the skill development into a cohesive program of development.
