We offer instruction in several different styles of Xingyi.

Tang Shou Tao Xingyi

Passed down my Xu HongJi, this style of Xing Yi has a very complete curriculum. It contains various basic training and conditioning exercises, Qigong, Standing Meditation, Tian Gan, 5 Elements, 12 Animals, Linking Forms, Staff Form, and 2 Person Practice.

Hebei style Xingyi

This traditional practice is a precious transmission from Chu GuiTing, who was a top student of Li CunYi. Training consists of Santi, 5 Elements, 12 Animals, Linking Forms, Sword, Broadsword, Long Pole Power Exercises, 2 Person Practice, and advanced training.

Sun style Xingyi

This is part of our Sun style 3 in 1 Program which is a traditional and unique transmission of Sun style that was preserved in Taiwan. It teaches Sun style Taiji (Yang family), Xing Yi, and Bagua, but teaches them together in an integrated curriculum. Each style is distinct and separate, but they are taught together in a way that complements and integrates the skill development into a cohesive program of development.
