We offer instruction in several styles of Traditional Qi Gong.

In addition we have formulated a comprehensive Yang Sheng Program which teaches many different Qi Gong exercises sets along with Traditional Theory which will help the practitioner to live more in harmony with the cyclic changes of the universe and to construct an exercise routine that is best suited for the individual.

What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong translates as energy exercises. These exercises are practiced to build up the body and the health. Qi Gong has a very long history and because of this there are numerous styles.

The goal of most Qi Gong is to integrate the body/posture, breath, and mind. Qi Gong can be practiced standing, sitting, lying, and walking and includes both static and dynamic moving exercises.

Different styles of Qi Gong focus on different things but generally the theory is that practice will invigorate and unblock the flow of the body’s energy. This helps the body to get the nourishment that it needs to repair itself and to stay healthy. Continual practice of Qi Gong will also increase the level of energy or Qi in the practitioner’s body.
