This program mainly consists of skills and forms from several different styles of Northern Shaolin Kung Fu.

This program is designed to develop strength, flexibility, self defense, enhance coordination, and improve confidence fairly quickly. It is a program designed with the modern person in mind but at the same time is traditional.

There are 6 Progressive Levels of Training
including basic skills training and traditional forms training
