We are currently upgrading our website and more information about each style is coming soon.
This is a powerful and energetic form that is easy to learn yet has a great depth of martial application and internal power development. There are 8 Palm changes in this system and several variations on the movements.
This is part of our Sun style 3 in 1 Program which is a traditional and unique transmission of Sun style that was preserved in Taiwan. It teaches Sun style Taiji (Yang family), Xing Yi, and Bagua, but teaches them together in an integrated curriculum. Each style is distinct and separate, but they are taught together in a way that complements and integrates the skill development into a cohesive program of development.
Gong Ting Bagua, or Imperial Palace Bagua, is a transmission from Gong BaoTien. This is the style that he taught inside of the palace and later passed down to Wang ZhuangFei. It is a large and intricate system that includes 8 static palms and 8 animals (each with 8 palm changes). It emphasizes smooth flowing movements and the ability to spontaneous change and move.
Passed down from Gao YiSheng. The style contains the legendary power development exercises Tian Gan, 8 Palm Changes, and 64 Straight Line Palms. This style is a bit different then other branches of Gao style in that our style emphasizes developing hard power while walking the circle and doing the 8 Palm Changes, and the 64 Straight Line Palms are used to develop soft flexible movement and fighting application skill.
An authentic tradition passed down from Ma WeiQi. This style is a closed door practice. It contains circle walking, single change palm, eight animal changes, and a 2 man set.
